Did you live or work at the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Base Camp Lejeune or MCAS New River in Jacksonville, North Carolina for a minimum of 30 days between August 1953 and December 1987?  

The U.S. Marine Corps has established that Camp Lejeune/New River drinking water was contaminated from 1953 through 1987 by toxic agents that caused cancer, birth defects and other serious illnesses, and the US Government has enacted new legislation providing those so injured are entitled to be compensated.
